By posting or uploading User Contributions to the Services, you grant GWMC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Contributions in connection with the Services and GWMC's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promotional and marketing purposes. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and that your User Contributions do not violate any laws or rights of any third parties.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services in any manner that:
Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes the rights of any third parties
Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
Is harmful to minors
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any User Contributions that you post to the Services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and delete any copies of the Content in your possession.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Limitation of Liability
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
